Mai  setsu was a good friend of a well known medical ninja, who ha a strange type of chakra. He placed his hands with chakra around his hands and placed his hands on her reproductive organ and she felt a chakra force flow within her and her organ was healed. Five years late when she had her son he came to have a strange ability of manipulating their chakra in any way and form the object or thing that the chakra was manipulated into.

Keke genkai information: the  clan members are naturally born with high chakra levels. They are able to manipulate their chakra in any way and form the object or thing that the chakra was manipulated into. For example a person manipulate the chakra around Thier hands into chakra blades and the hand turns into real blades. Depending on the user they can either make their chakra visible or invisible. Their chakra is very different from regular chakra. Their chakra colour is purple while the normal chakra colour is blue. The difference between their chakra and the normal chakra is not just the colour but the fact that  their chakra is hard to be sensed. When a senser senses their chakra it would be felt faint. It goes on unnoticeable when it is been spread throughout an area as it is 97% unnoticeable but it can only be sensed by chakra consumers for example, the samehada, ninja bugs, bees etc.

They can also impart their chakra into weapons or even items and transform them Into weapons.
